Vice President, Talent Acquisition Lateral Recruiter

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Recruiter to join our COO/Operations Recruiting team. This role is located in Lake Mary.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals
• Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process
• Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness
• Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Strong Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment

• Comfortable using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently

• Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation

• Strong attention to detail

• Highly organized and able to manage priorities

• Able to work effectively under pressure

• Maintains accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders

• Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership
