The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our IRC Business Operations team in Everett, WA.
We seek dynamic, curious, and inventive individuals with strong BCA supply chain expertise and a proven track record of designing and delivering cross-functional integrations. Using Lean and Agile methods, you will drive solutions to Boeing and supplier production challenges and help transform BCA supply chain processes and systems for the next 30 years
Our team is currently hiring Mid-Level (Level 3) or Lead (Level 4) Project Management Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
- Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
- Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
- 5+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- Experience of leading a cross functional team
- Experience with manufacturing systems and processes
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Level 4: 10+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of experience with ERPLN
- 10+ years in supply chain management, Experience in Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Reporting and Analytics and Supply Chain processes
- 10+ Years’ experience with Project management / leading teams

Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 95,700 - $103,400
Summary pay range (Level 4): $118,320 - $127,
