Labs Senior Manager - Projects Office

We are looking for a manager within EMEA with service delivery management experience.
Role descriptionAn assertive service delivery manager to oversee the day to day activities of the Project Office team, including Implementation Architects and Service Delivery Managers.
- Acts as a team leader and coordinates the Project Office team composed by Service Delivery Managers and cloud architects
- Handles escalations or challenges within the Project Office team or on projects for the engaged resources
- Organizes recurrent meetings with the team in order to address any open topics projects related
- Provides and receives feedback to the Project office team as well as to the other resources engaged in the projects
- Plans together with the team members short- and long-term goals for the PO team
- Contributes to process improvement and optimizations for the in-place procedures within the ISV Labs team
- Organizes knowledge sharing sessions whenever required
- Offers support to the newer team members requiring help on project delivery
- Organizes After Actions Reviews for the most challenging projects that the team is involved in
- Supports team activities or any other event
- Proactively engages in resolving customer issues Oracle support related- coordinates email communication, slack communication as well as Zoom calls with the support team
- Handles escalations coming from the ISVs for different services within OCI
- Coordinates relationship with the ISV and the end customers on ISV's side
- Acts as a liaison between different teams in Oracle : ACE/Sales/CSS/Specialists/CoE and engages external resources whenever required
