About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will assist with all human resources functions including but not limited to: benefits, employee reviews, vendor billing, hiring processes, employee files and employee relations.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and maintain insurance benefits for the firm, including open enrollment vendor relations
- Assist in administering annual review process
- Maintain employee files, both hard copies and electronically
- Coordinate the hiring process: background checks, paperwork, orientation, benefit enrollment, etc.
- Lead annual anti-harassment training
- Assist with vendor billing
- Assist in employee relations
- Coordinate office wellness
- Additional tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational behavior or a related field
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Benefit and Payroll software experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and task follow through is a must
- Self-motivated and results-orientated
- Demonstrated experience in a human resources or related position
- Desire to excel, take on new responsibilities and bring innovative ideas to the position
- Desire to implement new ideas with minimal oversight
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Ability to work in our Chicago Loop office 5 days a week
