Job Description
What you’ll do:
The Senior Manager, Global Employee Events, will support the strategy and implementation of key internal events for ServiceNow employees worldwide. You’ll help our Global Employee Communications team bring to life our team’s goal to engage, inspire, and activate employees to live our purpose, priorities, values, and People Pact. Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and we’re looking for someone to work across the many facets of our team.
In this role, the ideal candidate will liaise with global communicators, key business partners, including production and brand, and bring core teams together to deliver culture-building experiences for our employees. You will advise on experience strategy and design, bring creative consumer ideas to the table, and innovate to help us keep delivering industry-leading employee programs. You will be responsible for all planning and logistics associated with our milestone moments, including our quarterly town hall meetings (ServiceNow Live: SNL), leadership programs (like Managers Forums), Cultural Moments (think Black History Month, International Women’s Day and product launches), global executive events (like SVP Syncs) and more. You’re a strategic thinker but details are your jam—you see how an event comes together from end to end.
How you’ll do it:
- Work with the Employee Communications team to develop and implement experience strategies for key employee experience programs that preserve and build culture.
- Lead all planning and logistics connected to our key programs. This includes venue sourcing, vendor relationship building and management, SOW and budget/contract management, on site event logistics, and leading relevant team members to support our programs on site (Workplace Services, Security, Production, Brand, etc.)
- Act as executive care for global executive events around the globe.
- Lean in as a thought partner to the Employee Communications team to help test and learn through new experience formats, activations, and vendors.
- Stay up to date on the newest and hottest trends in event management and always bring fresh ideas to the table! Think more consumer, less enterprise.
- Have a pulse on employee feedback through existing programs and always include data and metrics in your recommendations.
- You will be required on site for all in-person and hybrid events (in Santa Clara or otherwise), as outlined by the annual employee experience strategy.
Who you’ll work with:
- In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver our global employee events. You’ll have the chance to partner closely with key business partners across many teams, including Production, Brand, Communications, and more.
- Our team also works closely with the executive leadership team (known as the “P4”) and their teams to deliver amazing experiences to our people.
- You’ll partner across the Global Employee Comms team all day, every day. We’re laser-focused, yet flexible, and are always up for a new challenge
