Work closely with the team to develop content pillars, find and champion brand faces, and execute on a growth plan.</li> <li> <strong>Write binge-worthy scripts:</strong>  Long-form and short-form storytelling to grow reach, educate, and build deep brand trust.</li> <li> <strong>Develop irresistible titles + thumbnails: </strong> Drive next-level packaging, develop thumbnails that boost CTR, and work closely with editors to grow retention.</li> <li> <strong>Track performance: </strong> Dig into the data, iterate on KPIs, and <strong>#levelup</strong> with each video.</li> <li> <strong>Channel performance = your north star: </strong> Grow not just views but value.
