Business Operations Analyst

What You’ll Do:

The Business Operations Analyst will work closely with a broad range of teams including Sales, Client Success, Campaign Management, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing to create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business. The ideal candidate is analytical, takes initiative when seeing an opportunity to improve business functions & processes, and will need to be able work across teams as well as independently. 

The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Director, Business Operations and will also work with key members of the leadership team. 

This role will use DeepIntent’s CRM to streamline communications and processes across departments from pre to post-sales to ensure successful launch and management of DeepIntent’s ad campaigns. This role will also work closely with the Analytics team to produce, maintain, and update reporting and dashboards to drive decision making for the leadership team. 

• Become an expert in DeepIntent’s CRM platform (Boostr) while supporting leadership decisioning and daily operations across the company
• Analyze key business performance metrics and present insights to key stakeholders, including sales leadership, COO and CEO
• Work closely with Business Development and Analytics teams to manage the data QA process on manually entered data across multiple systems
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across internal and external platforms, including the CRM

Who You Are:

• Strong passion for digital advertising and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus!
• 2+ year of experience in financial analysis, sales operations or business operations at a startup or adtech company

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, including but not limited to pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze and effectively visualize metrics and insights
• A desire to work in a fast paced environment focused on customer requests and support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in communicating complex ideas in a clear way to partners across the organization
• Proven self starter, ability to prioritize projects and deadlines and stay organized

• Familiarity with CRM systems a plus but not required (SalesForce and/or Boostr)
• Beginner SQL experience a plus

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $95,000 -$110,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
