2nd Shift Lift Truck Operator (Commercial)

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Maintain the day-to-day LTO and clerical function of the warehouse. This includes the tracking of paperwork and follow through of all paperwork, organizing, and maintenance of the warehouse and yarn location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Must track and maintain paperwork for loading and unloading of trucks.

• Load and unload trucks.

• Maintain yarn and locations in the warehouse.

• Must perform weekly cycle counts of yarn.

• Must maintain special paperwork.

• Enter data in computer

• Keep warehouse organized and neat.

• Other duties as instructed by supervisor

NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to read and write

• Good keyboarding skills.

• Good knowledge of office procedures.

• Good knowledge of office machines (fax, copier, calculator, printers).

• Good phone skills

• Must be able to drive a Lift Truck

• Must be able to communicate with freight lines and other departments within the company.
