We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse & Logistics associate to assist the company in management of outbound shipments and internal movements of material. They’ll be a key member of our supply chain team working closely with our procurement and operations teams. Focus will be on handling outbound and inbound shipments, with a secondary focus on assisting our inventory team with picking for jobs and new inventory placement.
What You’ll Do
- Perform all duties related to receiving, stocking, preparing, packaging, loading and shipping of consumables and/or service parts for Path Robotics.
- Process consumables and/or service part orders, sales orders, production orders, bill of lading, customs paperwork, pull tickets, and other necessary paperwork to prepare, pull and ship material
- Loads material, as appropriate, for shipment
- Use a PC, MS Office software and Netsuite or appropriate business system software hourly
- Boxes, weighs and labels material/orders for shipment, verifying all parts on the packing list are accounted for and are properly packaged for safe shipment
- Process paperwork for UPS, Federal Express, or for other freight carriers
- Prepares and maintains daily shipping documents, releases billing block, and maintains open delivery report, as required
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments from subcontract vendors, suppliers, customers or internal shipments
- Verify incoming shipment against purchase order receiver, RGA or related document
- Perform tasks to count inventory and reconcile cycle counts and/or physical inventory counts both physically and in the business system
- Responsible for accurately processing all documents and business system transactions to maintain high inventory accuracy
- Communicate with other personnel, as required, to promote an efficient material processing operation
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area based on 5S guidelines
- The individual is required to both remain stationary and move about the warehouse, often using their hands and fingers to handle or feel
Who You Are
- You have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- You have shipping experience (3+ years)
- You have warehouse experience (3+ years)
- You have the ability to safely use material handling/support equipment including: forklift, rolling step ladder, hand trucks/dollies, pallet jacks, parts picker, scales and bar code readers
- You are detail oriented and have experience working with small and fragile components
- You are passionate about what you do and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- You are eager to learn and grow in a robotics manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate and use shop equipment
- Able to climb ladders and bend over/move into awkward positions
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
