Plant/ Maintenance Operations Manager - Acacia at Sagewood

Starting Pay:              $70,000 - $80,000

Schedule:                   Monday – Friday – Fulltime

Location:                    Acacia Health Center at Sagewood

We have 152 units in our Acacia Health Care Center that include Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Assisted Living. We also have 417 Apartments, Casitas, and Villas for our Independent residents all located on 85 acres of land.

Who you are:

• The manager of all aspects of the life safety systems of the health care center to include the physical plant.  
• Preventative maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes and plumbing repairs.  
• Responsible for oversight and coordination of the refurbishment of apartments and is a liaison with the marketing department and vendors. 
• Extensive knowledge with State and Federal compliance for senior living communities. 
• Proven leadership skills. Supervises the maintenance staff.  
• Must have a high school education.  
• Technical schooling or background is preferred.  
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance card.
