What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
A Bachelors degree in building construction, industrial engineering or related field AND one year of experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating facility system maintenance and construction projects;
OR
Four years of experience planning, scheduling or coordination facility system maintenance or construction projects

Experience scheduling and managing materials, resources, and personnel to complete complex facilities projects efficiently and professionally.
Experience in working closely with trade teams, hospital departments, and external contractors to plan, implement, and resolve project needs.
In-depth understanding of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and medical equipment, with the ability to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Familiarity with ADA standards, fire and safety codes, evacuation planning, and Joint Commission requirements, with a commitment to maintaining compliance across all facility operations.
Experience evaluating and recommending preventive maintenance schedules and system upgrades to improve operational efficiency and safety.
Experience managing leased properties, including issuing compliance notifications and coordinating tenant support services.
Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural differences and ensures services are delivered in a respectful, inclusive, and linguistically appropriate manner.
Experience assisting in emergency situations and perform a wide range of tasks to support hospital operations and departmental goals.
