North America Channel Marketing Manager

The North America Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions across various digital channels. This role requires a heavy analytical thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Channel Marketing:
- Develop and execute GTM campaigns to execute marketing tactics that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive transformational growth.
- Identify key content themes and topics that resonate with resellers and their customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Create an implementation plan that enables Partners to maximize growth and revenue
- Content Management – E Commerce:
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content across various channels, including website, email, and social media.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to implement engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive content.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
- Ensure content is optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Audience Engagement:
- Foster and grow a community of partners and customers through targeted content.
- Develop and execute campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights to personalize content and improve customer journeys.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on content performance to senior management.
- Utilize analytics tools to gain insights and inform data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in the IT Channel.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- B2B Marketing, Marketing Account Management
- Raw Data Analytics
- Power BI
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web analytics.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related areas.
