As a clinical product intern, you will be working closely with our complex programs (including medications and substance use). You’ll be helping develop and update external facing content including client materials and publication components. You will complete literature reviews, develop internal communications and draft content related to our psychiatry and complex care programs. You will interface with clinical experts, operations, data teams and product/engineering to achieve goals. 
This role may be a good fit if you are excited about evidence based client and research communications. Having interest and experience in research settings and health communications will help in this role. 

Responsibilities

  • Research content using evidence based sources (for example, peer reviewed papers, national practice guidelines)
  • Draft, gather feedback, review and revise content for client facing materials
  • Draft, gather feedback and revise content for internal communications and publications
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including clinical product, product,  engineering, data teams and marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or health related field preferred but not required)
  • A masters degree with experience in public health related research preferred (but not required)
  • Strong interest in, and passion for, mental health
  • Able to dedicate 3-5 hours per week, predominantly during regular business hours
  • Self-directed style who can work independently in a remote environment and work effectively and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
  • An eye for detail and incredible organization skills
  • Experience in scientific research, writing and publications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with new technology, familiarity with work management platforms, e.g. Asana, ticket service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, Jira,, and other common platforms such, e.g. Google Suite, Slack
