We are hiring an Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist to help keep our billing, invoices, estimates, and payment follow-up organized. This position is in our Lubbock office.

Leaky’s is growing in both Lubbock and San Antonio, and we need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and good at following through. This position will mainly work inside ServiceTitan, our field service software.

This is not a QuickBooks-heavy position. Invoices and payment batches will be exported for our bookkeeping team to upload into QuickBooks.

Main Responsibilities

Estimates & Invoicing

•  Prepare and send estimates in ServiceTitan using technician notes and office input 
•  Create and send invoices for completed work 
•  Make sure labor, material, and other charges are included correctly 
•  Confirm job details with the office or field team before billing when needed 

Accounts Receivable

•  Track open invoices and customer payments in ServiceTitan 
•  Follow up on past-due invoices in a friendly, professional way 
•  Help resolve customer billing questions 
•  Export invoice and payment batches for the bookkeeping team 

Recordkeeping

•  Keep billing records organized in ServiceTitan and internal folders 
•  Produce weekly AR reports 
•  Cross-check bank deposits with ServiceTitan payments 

What We’re Looking For

•  2+ years of experience in billing, AR, estimating, or invoicing 
•  Home service, construction, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus 
•  ServiceTitan experience is a big plus 
•  Strong attention to detail 
•  Good communication skills 
•  Organized and able to follow a process 
•  Honest, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
