What you will do:
- Enhance On-Time and Complete (OTC) markets by assisting in the refinement and implementation of delivery zones, inventory stocking strategies, and facility enhancements to optimize both current operations and future growth
- Manage project timelines for OTC initiatives in approved markets to ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assist in OTC projects such as new facility openings and replenishment strategies
- Coordinate and oversee value-stream mapping events aimed at enhancing branch productivity, capacity, and safety
- Take charge of continuously advancing the graphical user interface for operational KPI reporting
- Utilize ESRI, Tableau, and other modeling software to analyze data, optimizing market structure for improved customer experience and cost reduction
- Lead continuous change management efforts and actively advocate for the internal adoption of the OTC concept
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business
- Financial Analyst experience with expertise in ROI, capital expenditures, needed.
- Minimum of six years of experience within the relevant field
- Understanding of Lean and project management practices.
- Proficient expertise in Microsoft Office suite, with a particular focus in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data analysis skills in Microsoft SQL Server (SQL), as well as web-based applications, Tableau, ESRI, and other modeling tools
- Effective communication abilities across various levels within the company
- Demonstrated capacity to spearhead and facilitate change management initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic
- Must have the ability to travel up to 35% as required by project demands.
