Production Lead 3rd Shift

Summary:

In the position of Lead, Production you will be -- Responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor with daily functions relevant to the departments productivity and personnel scheduling. Aid in monitoring the production floor, ensuring high quality product is produced and all employees have their daily tasks. Assist with training new employees and following all company and safety policies & procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support the Production Management team with daily functions relevant to the departments productivity and personnel scheduling.
• Train new personnel to ensure they understand their job duties correctly and they perform the job at the highest standard.
• Sets up production lines at the beginning of each shift, with guidance from production management, allowing for production to start as soon as employees arrive.
• Oversee staff in the department and assign tasks according to day to day requests.
• Assure all production is of the highest quality and meeting all standards imposed by the company.

Position Requirements:

• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a lead position in Beverage Production
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage Production
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Must show basic knowledge with English language

Base Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
