We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead AEM UI Developer to join our Adobe National Business Unit.

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.
- Lead/manage a project team of offshore UI developers (3 to 5)
- Design a style system that facilitates quick and easy updates for existing AEM components
- Work with AEM codebase archetype and client libraries
- Work with AEM components and templates
- Work with the AEM architect and lead development
- Has experience with JS, React, JQuery, CSS, Ajax
- Experience integrating front-end UI/UX code with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) templates and components.
- Experience with AEM codebase archetype and client libraries.
- 4-5 years’ experience developing solutions using HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS
- 2-3 years’ experience developing AJAX or SPA based user experiences
- Extensive knowledge of web standards, responsive design and cross browser-based experiences
- Experience working with Agile project teams which leverage enterprise project tracking tools (such a Jira), code repositories (such as Git) and unit testing tools.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
