Product Manager

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and manage project budgets to ensure successful execution

• Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and assign tasks to team members to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize issues and support project success

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, assessing the impact on deliverables and resources

• Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders

• Monitor and track project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience managing IT or software products throughout their lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, with experience applying them in cross-functional environments

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, and business teams

• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared product vision

• Analytical mindset and sound decision-making abilities to prioritize work based on data, impact, and user needs

• Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or similar

• Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Product Management are a plus
