About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Store Manager to lead our Trinny London store, powered by the Leap Platform, in Boston. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced, results-driven leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving business growth, and delivering an elevated client experience. They will conduct skin care and make up application services, such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London experience to all. As a make up artist you will work with our education and training team to continually offer best in class makeup advice and services.You will stay up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improve your product knowledge and elevate your artistry as well as the skill set and product knowledge of your team.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the full scope of store leadership ensuring excellence in operations, people management, and customer engagement. You will lead by example on the sales floor, set clear goals, and foster a culture rooted in collaboration, performance, and continuous development. Your ability to coach and inspire will be key in cultivating a high-impact team and building a pipeline of future leaders.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day store operations—including sales, staffing, scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management—you’ll act as a local market expert. By understanding consumer behavior, regional trends, and community events, you’ll activate the store through localized outreach and events that deepen client relationships and drive traffic.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong operational foundation, and comfort navigating modern retail tools and platforms such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience with a track record of hiring, developing and leading successful teams.
- Proven expertise in premium, luxury, or high-touch retail environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and pivot strategy to meet evolving goals.
- Operational excellence in scheduling, payroll, inventory, visual merchandising, and policy compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to create individualized experiences and foster long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
- Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18+ years of age
Annual Pay Range: $25-31/hr. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
