Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $500,000 to $600,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Qualifications
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic hand surgeon to join our dynamic and skilled team. We’re particularly interested in fellowship-trained candidates, or those with a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in this field. Whether you’re an experienced orthopedic surgeon or a recent graduate, we welcome your interest.

What You’ll Do
- Join a well-established orthopedic team that excels in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery. Plus, we have a non-surgical sports medicine Physiatrist on-site for holistic care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
- Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:5, contributing to a collaborative on-call system.
- Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
