The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a Seasonal Pool Attendant, an exciting opportunity to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville! 

 

Please note: This will be a Seasonal opportunity with an end date of October 31st, 2025.

This individual will have a strong service mindset and desire to create memorable experiences for guests. A proactive approach, a quick connection to those around them, and a pursuit of quality will make an ideal candidate. 

 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 

• Provide guests with water, spritzing, towel service and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool. 

• Set up and re-set all amenities, equipment, lounge beds and chairs throughout the pool areas. 

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the pool deck, including towel maintenance and removal of food and beverage items.  

• Ensure safety and security regulations are adhered to by guests and employees. 

• Recognition and service of residents in addition to hotel guests. 

• Responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 

• Ability to work inside and outside while servicing the Pool area. Subject to all weather conditions including sun, wind, and rain 

• Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required 

• Experience in a luxury environment preferred 

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
