About the role
This is a remote position.
Job Description40 hours a week
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (PST) includes 1h unpaid break.
Scope:
- 40 hours per week with potential to start part-time (20 hours) for first two weeks
- Remote work arrangement with provided leads
- Commission structure in addition to base hourly pay
- 90-day probationary period with performance evaluation
- Access to dialer system and CRM tools (to be provided by client)
- Ongoing support and guidance from client management team
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to provide insurance leads
- Engage prospects in conversations about insurance needs and solutions
- Handle objections and overcome hesitations during sales conversations
- Conduct live transfers of interested prospects to the insurance agent
- Set appointments for qualified prospects when live transfers aren’t possible
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of call activities and prospect interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage prospects effectively
- Experience handling objections and sales conversations (not just script reading)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup
