Service Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role in our Team
- You advise our existing customers along the complete machine life cycle of their plants regarding discontinuations, improvements, stock-keeping, service level as well as trainings
- Your responsibilities include active sales of service products to key customers and selected customers
- You monitor the sales success and the implementation of the developed strategy
- You clarify the technical feasibility internally and the associated resources
- You create quotations, follow them up and control service orders
- You will also develop sales strategies for the existing service products
- You will also support the product management team in Customer Service in the following areas
- Calculation & strategic positioning of the service products
- Sales support for marketing in product marketing
- Support in the creation of sales documents
- You will also be responsible for service product training at international agencies and in-house at Körber Pharma Inspection
Your Profile
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained initial experience in the sales of systems and products, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Fluent written and spoken English is no problem for you, further language skills are an advantage
- Furthermore you bring along a high readiness to travel
- Commitment and flexibility, as well as a careful and independent way of working characterize you
