Head of Course Production

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Course Production who can build and lead a fast-growing team of course development engineers in charge of building all of the amazing courses that can be found on codesignal.com/learn.

Day-to-Day 

• Recruit and build teams of high-performing Course Development and Review engineers.
• Oversee the day-to-day production process.
• Own and optimize the leading and lagging indicators of production health.
• Collaborate with product and GTM leadership to establish a clear production roadmap.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Track record of building winning teams and optimizing complex production processes.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental technical skills (able to read, understand, and write basic code in any programming language).
