Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.

Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for managing and improving our systems to meet user and business needs. This role involves understanding and documenting business requirements, performing quality assurance, and setting up reporting. The analyst will be become an expert in product capabilities, helping to optimize system integration and enhance customer interactions. They will work closely with partners to develop strong relationships and a thorough understanding of business functions and processes. Additionally, the IT Analyst will support the organization’s strategic goals, suggest product improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to address business challenges and solutions. They will analyze data, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve business outcomes and customer experiences.
The Assistant Business Analyst supports data gathering, process documentation, and requirement analysis. Works under supervision to understand business needs and assist with technology and process improvements.
Responsibilities may shift based on strategic goals, emerging technologies, operational requirements, or leadership direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Support process mapping and data analysis to identify inefficiencies
• Work with stakeholders to collect feedback on system performance
• Help in creating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Perform basic testing and quality assurance activities
• Develop knowledge of business processes and IT systems through training and mentorship
