Chart's Beasley, Texas facility is currently seeking candidates interested in the position of Human Resources Coordinator. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and engagement activities, benefits administration, payroll administration, workers comp and performance management. 

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

HR Administration: HR tactical activities (password resets, employment verification, employee work related inquires, etc. Hiring and Monitoring: Complete administrative components of the hiring process. Onboarding: Create and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Payroll: Back-up payroll processing contact for both exempt and non-exempt employees. Training and Development: Help monitor employees training and developing. Employee relations: Review employee terminations/corrective actions. 

Your Education Should Be…

Bachelor’s degree (Will consider experience in lieu of degree).

PHR, SPHR, Yellow/Green Belt, or Six Sigma Lean certification, preferred.

 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Mostly Indoor Office Environment

Some Outdoor/Shop Environment

Noisy/Loud Shop Environment

May Require Occasional Travel

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 4-6 years of relevant HR administration strategic and tactical experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
  • 4-6 years of UKG Pro Workforce Management (Payroll) HRIS / HR experience.
  • Prior experience with HR Systems: payroll, time & attendance, an HCM e.g., Success Factors, SAP, etc.
  • 4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong experience with MS Excel, data analysis and reporting, including data collection, data entry, retrieval, analytics, and reporting based upon HR needs.
  • 4-6 years of experience with labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles.
  • Knowledge of business operations/processes and using industry best practices/standards to complete analysis, design, and documentation.

Skills:

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Spanish a plus.
