Job Description

Sandisk is seeking a Sales Director to lead the North America business across Mass Merchants, Club retailers, Pro Photo specialty accounts and new business development.

This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding Sandisk’s presence with key retail partners, and identifying new channel opportunities across North America.

The role requires strong commercial leadership, the ability to manage complex retail relationships and the discipline to balance revenue growth with margin protection in a dynamic NAND market.

The Sales Director will lead a team of account managers and work closely with cross functional teams including supply chain, pricing, marketing and product management to execute Sandisk’s go to market strategy.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales for the Americas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the commercial strategy and revenue performance across Mass Merchant, Club, Pro Photo and emerging retail channels in North America.
  • Lead executive relationships with key retail partners including Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target and specialty photo retailers.
  • Drive joint business planning with customers including assortment strategy, promotional programs, pricing cadence and category expansion.
  • Identify and develop new retail partnerships that expand Sandisk’s presence across North America.
  • Deliver revenue and profitability targets while maintaining disciplined pricing aligned with NAND market dynamics.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, marketing investments and strategic retail programs.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers responsible for strategic retail partners.
  • Ensure alignment between customer demand, internal supply availability and business priorities.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to support roadmap and category development.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, PC hardware or adjacent consumer technology categories.
  • Proven experience managing large Mass Merchant, Club or specialty retail accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth with profitability.
  • Experience leading and developing high performing sales teams.
  • Track record of building and expanding strategic retail partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working with retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Target or specialty photo retailers.
  • Experience in storage, semiconductors, PC components or consumer electronics.
  • Experience operating in markets with dynamic pricing and supply cycles.
