About the Role 

Infinity Education Group (IEG) is on a mission to transform lives through math. With 32 thriving learning centers across 5 districts and 3 states, we provide high-quality, personalized learning experiences that empower students to succeed in math. We're now seeking a strategic, growth-minded leader to take our regional operations to the next level. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational oversight, financial management, and people leadership, with the mission of driving excellence in education!

The right candidate will bring a passion for kids and math, strong business acumen, and proven experience leading multi-unit teams in a high-growth environment.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Strategic Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and accountability for 5 districts across 3 states, encompassing 32 centers. 
• P&L Ownership: Direct responsibility for the company’s overall profit and loss performance, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency. 
• Team Management: 
• Lead and support district managers to drive performance at the center level. 
• Oversee the phone team to ensure effective lead management, enrollment conversion, and customer service excellence. 
• Oversee the marketing team, ensuring innovative campaigns, brand consistency, and ROI-driven execution. 
• Culture & Mission: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and passion for student success, with a special emphasis on creating a positive learning experience for kids in math. 
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, streamline systems, and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent execution across all centers. 
• Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to expand enrollment, optimize staffing, and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes. 

Qualifications 

• Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-unit operations (preferably in education, franchising, or retail). 
• Strong financial management skills with direct P&L responsibility. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams across functions and geographies. 
• Passion for education, kids, and math – with a track record of mission-driven leadership. 
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred). 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Total Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year (base salary + performance-based bonuses)
