We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering self-driving (L4) products that make the way we move safer, faster, and more efficient. We seek mission-driven, highly skilled people with deep experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing, tech development environments.

The People & Talent Team is responsible for Stack’s core people operations and recruiting functions; with strategic dimensions designed to directly support and influence Stack’s mission and annual goals.

What Success Looks Like:

• Partner with leadership to bring the vision for Stack Academic Partnerships to life - to partner with leading academic institutions to accelerate the development of safe, scalable autonomous vehicle technology and prepare the workforce of tomorrow for an autonomous future. 
• In partnership with PD Relationship Lead, pursue 2-4 academic partnerships with leading universities, professors, and grad students.
• Develop & manage key program framework, to include research agreements, payment structures, associated policies, and required compliance.
• Community Engagement & Volunteer Program: Take ownership of building relationships with key organizations with which Stack would like to partner, as well as draw in cross-functional internal team members to participate and support accordingly.
• Develop a full scale internship program framework, budget, and target disciplines for the 2025 calendar year.
• Bridge PeopleOps & Recruiting to support development and oversight of the Stack Internship Program.
• Partner closely with functional leaders as a Senior HRBP; with a focus on key business and People Team initiatives in order to develop and execute strategies that focus on maximizing overall talent capabilities, leadership development, and driving both culture change and significant efficiencies across the teams.
