Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join its highly regarded commercial litigation practice in either its Menlo Park or San Francisco office. Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials, including law review, preferred.
• Former judicial clerks highly preferred.
• California Bar admission preferred.
