VIVO Infusion - Information Technology Assistant

The Information Technology Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the information technology department at Vivo Infusion. This position involves providing administrative support to the information technology department, managing documentation, managing physical access systems, and assisting with other tasks assigned. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00
• Bonus Plan Target: 5% Annually (Based on performance)

  • Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Reports to: IT Manager

Location:

• 1726 Cole Blvd, Suite 230 Lakewood Colorado 80401

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Management of physical access systems across the company.
• Update documentation.
• Generate reports and track KPIs.
• Manage and report on IT equipment PAR levels.
• IT asset intake, processing, and recording.
• Perform quarterly system user access audits.
• Provide high level of customer support.

Additional duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with various projects.
• Attend necessary meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information while adhering to HIPPA guidelines and policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Maintain Vivo's outstanding reputation by representing the company exemplifying our outlined guiding principles, mission, and values.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (required).
• Must demonstrate outstanding professional, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess typing and computer skills.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
