About the role

The Learning team is part of the Human Resources function at JPMorgan Chase and is at the forefront of upskilling our workforce in order to help employees achieve their career dreams. We’ve been on a transformation journey to restructure learning delivery into various 'Skills Academies' and adopt a Product Operating Model to drive improvements to the learner experience. These approaches rely on identifying and measuring business outcomes, engaging in agile ways of working, and regularly reporting on the Learn Product narrative to senior stakeholders and executive audiences. 

As a Senior Associate in the Learn Product Team, you will play a key role in contributing to the Learn Product strategy and business review routines. You will work closely with the Learn Business Manager to develop compelling presentation materials, infuse data-promoten insights into all reports, and manage project deliverables against concurrent deadlines and timeframes. You should be passionate about making an impact for employees and identifying opportunities to work more effectively. You will play a key role in supporting activities around the Learn Product’s overall operating rhythms, business/ product reviews, other executive updates, and project planning. This role is ideal for a high-potential self-starter who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Manage core aspects of Learn Product’s daily operations, including forward-looking calendars, presentations, escalations and gravitating to specific content areas as ad hoc needs arise  
  • Apply key principles of project management to set objectives, monitor progress, coordinate with key stakeholders, and drive towards seamless delivery 
  • Draft impactful executive presentation materials that cover areas such as financials, vendors, objectives and key results, risks and challenges, and 12-month roadmaps 
  • Support various business management activities on a tactical and strategic level, including meeting agendas, town halls, team engagement activities, etc.
  • Advise and facilitate decision-making to shape the direction of the Learn Product 
  • Provide direction and inputs into central business management plans, roadmaps, and activity trackers 
  • Conduct and assist with deep dives as needed – including on key learning processes, operational metrics, issue remediation, and incremental solution recommendations
  • Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts to help deliver transformation goals  
  • Administer and analyze employee feedback, learning data, and other metrics to measure effectiveness of learning strategies and help communicate insights to inform executive decision-making 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning to bring innovative ideas to the team 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

  • 2+ years work experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), especially in developing materials for executive audiences
  • Strong problem solving / synthesis skills (quantitative and qualitative) 
  • Strong practicality and effectiveness (e.g., 80/20 rule, prioritization, sense of urgency) 
  • Demonstrated interest in the HR, people and/or technology spaces 
  • Track record of driving work independently 
  • Integrity, responsibility and professionalism with handling confidential materials
