As a Business Development Director at Cprime, you will be instrumental in driving net new account acquisitions and revitalizing previous client relationships accounts. Your primary focus will be on selling Cprime's core services which include licensing, Agility, Technology, and Tools. This role is crucial for the company's growth and requires collaboration with marketing, solution design,  delivery and the partner management team. You will proactively engage in high-value relationships, leveraging campaigns, outbound sales calls, virtual platforms, and industry events to achieve revenue targets.

What you will do:

  • Achieve a new business revenue target in the assigned territory for accounts through self-generated, marketing-generated leads and company-generated leads.
  • Prospect and find new business from dormant accounts or new accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and close business independently by developing interest from IT, Engineering, Product and business functions.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings (e.g., develop agendas, ensure the “right” stakeholders are attending key meetings) to ensure efficient discussions, clear progress tracking, and successful outcomes.
  • Develop structured account plans for priority accounts. Provide visibility to management as required.
  • Monitor progress to monthly & quarterly objectives.
  • Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve targets, and accurately update forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Be open to continual learning for the changing business and technology issues and needs that our clients and potential clients face that align with Cprime services.
  • Follow a rigorous and disciplined sales process to drive efficiency and velocity in the GTM motion. Ensure collaboration with your manager for account visibility and transparency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of data into Salesforce and any other reporting requirements.
  • Attend conferences and company meetings, as needed.
