Job Summary: 

The IT Risk Consulting Senior Consultant will play a key role in executing IT risk consulting engagements. This position involves conducting risk assessments, developing risk management strategies, and providing expert advice to clients on IT risk-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT risk management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of IT risk consulting engagements and SOX ITGC engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential IT risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement IT risk management strategies and frameworks.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on IT risk mitigation and management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT risk, specific client industries, and cybersecurity.
• Prepare and present reports and findings to clients and senior management.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior team members.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT risk management, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with controls testing and creating process narrative documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Working Conditions:

• Heavy sitting for extended periods in front of a computer
• Overnight travel may be necessary
• Minimal Hazards
