About the role
- Aids in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a service catalog policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Is an SME in the development and owns the maintains of enterprise-wide service catalogs.
- Monitors deviations of governing rules that controls changes to the service catalog.
- Partners with Pricing Associates to obtain the pricing to be uploaded into the pricing repository and align on service hierarchy.
- Provides guidance and assists in uploading massive price changes such as yearly increases as required by the different business lines.
- Collaborates with the Sales Technology Enablement team for CPQ management.
- Maintains KPIs with different insights such as service duplications.
- Provides data support such as extracting price point data by service catalog or by client.
- Collects data from a variety of sources, evaluates and interprets data, and draws conclusions.
- Involved in the development, modification, and execution of programs/projects that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
- Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Bachelors' degree in Systems, Computer Science or general Business or equivalent of education and work experience.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of Oracle tables.
