Merchant II, Energy - NBHD Asia Pacific Latin America

We are looking for a curious, energetic, and coachable Merchant II to support the APLA Energy-NBHD Merchandising team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for products and streetwear culture, a consumer-centric mindset, strong business acumen, and attention to detail in a cross-cultural environment serving consumers across Asia, Pacific, and Latin America.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH 

You’ll partner with several cross-functional teams – Consumer & Marketplace Merchandising, Marketplace/Sales, Consumer Assortment Planning, Supply & Inventory Planning, Operations, and Global Partners. A key enabler of your success will be teamwork, proactive communication, and ability to build relationship and trust, collaborate and influence partners to meet deadlines and achieve shared goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• 2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying
• Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace
• Entrepreneurial spirit, experience working on new projects/start-ups/concepts/ideas
• Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends
• Attention to detail
• Ability to collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to various cross-functional partners
• Team first mentality, energy giver

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

As a Merchant II, you will play an integral role in supporting the merchandising function to drive business growth and manage the Code process for the APLA Energy Co-creation, Quickstrike, Inline, and GEL product portfolio.

Your core responsibilities will include managing and maintaining multi-seasonal merchandising tools, assortments, and product journeys across all Footwear & Apparel product lines as well as coordinating effective communications with Global, Geo, and Territory counterparts. This role requires building relationships with cross-functional team members, expertise in research and analysis, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
