We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our online landscape design and build platform. As part of our team, you'll focus on developing innovative features to drive revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional user experience for our clients.This role is perfect for a versatile engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to both the technical and strategic growth of a product. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to build impactful features that support our clients and drive business outcomes.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our online landscape design and build platform. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, to build impactful features that support our clients and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack features to increase purchase conversion rates, such A/B testing, and personalization.
- Collaborate on the evolution of our proprietary platform's architecture to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to define requirements, plan sprints, and bring user-centric solutions to life.
- Partner with Marketing to implement analytics and tracking for performance metrics and user behaviors.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality releases.
Qualifications:
- Experience with the major aspects of our stack (React/Next/Nest)
- 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
- Comfort working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and data-driven development processes (e.g. Split.io)
- Experience with payment processing (e.g. Stripe).
- You have a love for writing code and seeing your solutions become successful.
- A deep understanding of iterative software development
- Proven track record of implementing impactful and successful features
- You are a true full-stack engineer, with experience not only working with the front and back end but also the infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving customer experience.
- You have ideas and do not hesitate to bring them to the table. This includes not only for our tech, but also our product and processes.
- An enjoyment for working with cross-functional teams to understand complex problems and craft software solutions
- A keen sense of UX and an empathy for the end user. You know what it means to build top-notch and polished front ends based on designs
- You have no problem occasionally working with missing requirements and you have the communication skills to find answers
- You love learning new things and exploring new technologies
