As a Software Engineer Intern on the Genesys Cloud team, you will integrate with a highly skilled team to deliver new features in our product.  You'll get the chance to work with a UI team that specializing in enhancing agent functionality with our software platform.

On top of building strong technical and soft skills, Software Engineer Interns can expect great exposure to leaders across our Cloud business and, depending on where they live, have the flexibility to work in-office, fully virtual, or a hybrid of the two.

Responsibilities/Job Duties 

 In this role the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

• Work with team members to help design, develop, and test features that meet the business needs of our customers and exhibit features that include high scalability, availability and reliability 
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and acceptance tests
• Perform collaborative code reviews with other developers
• Understand & comply with HIPAA Security and Privacy Laws 
• Adhere to Genesys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
• Have Fun

Required Qualifications 

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
• Front end technologies i.e Javascript, CSS, Vue

Compensation and Benefits 

• Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $19.52  – $52.34USD per hour. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and current year enrolled.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
