About The Role:As Lead or Senior Product Manager – Driver, you will own the roadmap and execution for the technology that powers driver success. Your charter spans the entire driver lifecycle (excluding route claiming), with a focus on maximizing delivery success, satisfaction, and efficiency at scale.
You’ll define, build, and iterate on features across our Driver App (iOS and Android) and backend systems—from onboarding and warehouse workflows to on-the-road tools. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Geo (e.g., location intelligence, telematics), Driver Support, Marketplace, Ground Operations, and Client Success.
Your responsibilities will include:
What you’ll Own and Drive:
- Define & Execute the Roadmap: Lead the strategy for optimizing delivery quality, cost, and driver experience.
- Design Impactful Solutions: Architect features that improve delivery outcomes, reduce exceptions, and enhance visibility.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch to iteration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track KPIs like cost per package and on-time delivery.
- Champion Experimentation: Run A/B tests and leverage predictive models to optimize performance.
- Partner Broadly: Collaborate cross-functionally—from drivers to ops to growth—to align on needs and drive results.
- Stay Connected to Operations: Regularly visit Veho facilities to engage with drivers and gain firsthand insights.
- Elevate Team Thinking: Bring sharp strategic thinking, clear recommendations, and fresh perspectives to every discussion.
- Potential Team Leadership: If hired at the Lead PM level, you may take on direct mentorship or management responsibilities, including potentially overseeing a Senior PM. (e.g., location intelligence, telematics, and address quality).

- Intellectually Rigorous: You bring structured problem-solving skills and analytical depth—often developed through top-tier academic programs or equivalent high-caliber experience
Nice to Have (but Not Required):
- Experience with driver-focused tech (e.g., Uber, DoorDash)
- Familiarity with geo systems, routing, and address optimization
- Background in marketplaces and service exchanges
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
- Exposure to AI, ML, LLMs, or foundation models
