Job Description

ServiceNow’s Digital Experience and Platform Team seeks a visionary Director of Product Management Operations. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of robust processes and operations aimed at crafting innovative digital experiences, services, and products to drive the success of our customers and marketing organization. These initiatives will be instrumental in propelling ServiceNow's marketing efforts to new heights of success.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align product management operations with overall business goals, ensuring seamless integration and mutual success. 

  • Agile Advocacy: Champion agile practices within the team, ensuring flexibility, rapid iteration, and responsiveness in our product development processes. 

  • Develop short and long-range operating objectives to prevent operational obstacles to new initiatives 

  • Integrates activities between teams to solve problems and maximize throughput 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Proven experience in product management operations, ideally within a digital experience or platform development context. 

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams. 

  • Expertise in implementing and optimizing processes and operations for product management in a tech-forward environment. 

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a demonstrated ability to adapt these practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality. 

  • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to set, monitor, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. 

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

  • 10+ years managing teams to deliver operational excellence 

  • 10+ years delivering or leading operations for a product/service environment 

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $207,300 - $362,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
