The Role

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team. You'll work on building and improving our AI-powered software development platform, contributing to both frontend and backend systems that serve Fortune 500 companies. This is an opportunity to grow rapidly while working on cutting-edge technology that's redefining how software is built.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain features across our full stack, from user interfaces to backend services
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new functionality for our agentic software development platform
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Write, scope, and review Jira tickets with clear success criteria
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack to ensure platform reliability
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Learn and grow rapidly in a high-performance environment with mentorship from experienced engineers

What We're Looking For

• 0-3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks)
• Familiarity with at least one backend language (preferrably Python, TypeScript/Node.js)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience building software and prompting with AI/ML tools and/or LLM applications
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open source projects or personal projects demonstrating technical initiative
