BOSS Controls is a global team with over 38 employees across 6 locations that supports Business and Travel Shared Services (BTSS), In-Country Business Services (ICBS), Supply Chain Operations (SCO) and Non-Employee Staffing Office (NESO) organizations.</span></h3><h3></h3><h3><span>Join our expanding team in Budapest and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment.</span></h3><h3></h3><p></p><h3><b><span>In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:</span></b></h3><h3></h3><h3><span>The BOSS Risk &amp; Control Senior Analyst role will act as a Risk &amp; Controls (R&amp;C) point of contact for the supported functions within BOSS organization, covering Europe, Middle East &amp; Africa (MEA) and United Kingdom (UK) clusters besides Citi Solution Center (CSC) Budapest. The role directly reports to the BOSS Controls Budapest Team Lead and works closely with stakeholders from ICBS, BTSS and the Global Operations Controls Team to manage, lead and support various risk and control programs as required by the management.</span></h3><ul><li><h3><span>Perform regular risk reviews across the supported functions and geographies to ensure compliance with firm policies and Minimum Operating Standard documents.</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Drive innovative solutions for proactive risk management culture in the supported clusters across the BOSS functions.</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Identify and address operational risk training and awareness as needed.</span></h3></li><li><h3>Support the risk assessment program within Citi including governance, oversight and reporting of Management Control Assessments (MCA).</h3></li></ul><ul><li><h3><u><span>Governance</span></u></h3><ul><li><h3><span>Ensure timely and effective delivery of risk and control programs, including but not limited:</span></h3><ul><li><h3><span>Operational Risk Management</span></h3></li><li><h3><span>Data Governance</span></h3></li><li><h3>Regulatory Change Management / SOX / Reg-W</h3></li><li><h3>Support of 2nd line and 3rd line reviews</h3></li><li><h3>Balance Sheet Substation (BSS) program oversight</h3></li><li><h3>Control Automation</h3></li><li><h3>Internal / External Third-Party Management</h3></li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><h3><u>Relationships</u></h3><ul><li><h3>Maintain a positive working relationship with key stakeholders and business partners.</h3></li><li><h3>Act as a subject matter expert for Risk &amp; Control related inquiries.</h3></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><h3><u>Audits</u></h3><ul><li><h3>Perform pre-audit reviews across BOSS products to ensure any gaps are identified.</h3></li><li><h3>Review the protocol prior to, during, and post audit for BOSS staff.</h3></li><li><h3>Manage Audit issue resolution and closing process and work directly with Internal Audit (IA) for all audits where BOSS is in scope.</h3></li></ul></li></ul><h3></h3><p></p><h3><b><span>The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following qualifications and skills:</span></b></h3><ul><li><h3>5+ years of experience in risk advisory, operational risk, compliance, internal control, and/or project management related functions within financial services or shared services industry.</h3></li><li><h3>Strong and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reports/data to ensure accuracy.</h3></li><li><h3>Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management in the organization and across various divisions.</h3></li><li><h3>Self-motivated with ability to make decision in the absence of detailed instructions.</h3></li><li><h3>Effective communication (written and verbal) and be able to present information to various levels of management.</h3></li><li><h3>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products</h3></li><li><h3>Bachelor’s degree or higher or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience.</h3></li></ul><h3></h3><p></p><h3>We are a development-focused organization.
