The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources initiatives with business goals and driving organizational performance. As a key advisor to senior leadership, the Senior HRBP provides expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR best practices. This role ensures that HR strategies and programs are effectively implemented to support the company's long-term growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
What you’ll do?
- Strategic
Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing
strategic HR guidance to support overall business objectives and improve
organizational effectiveness.
- Talent
Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, retention, and
development, ensuring that the right talent is hired, engaged, and
nurtured for long-term success.
- Employee
Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including
conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, while
maintaining a fair and compliant approach.
- Performance
Management: Drive the performance management process, including
setting objectives, providing feedback, and developing strategies for
employee growth and development.
- Organizational
Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement
initiatives that foster organizational change, improve team dynamics, and
promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Compliance
and Policy: Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor
laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and
procedures as necessary.
- Diversity
and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
to create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued
and respected.
- HR
Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and trends to develop insights
and drive decisions that improve employee engagement, retention, and
productivity.
- Change
Management: Lead HR-related change initiatives, working with
stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational
change.
- Employee
Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee
engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.
- Coaching
and Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and
employees on HR best practices, leadership development, and conflict
management.
- Compensation
and Benefits: Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive
pay structures and comprehensive benefits packages that attract and retain
top talent.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years
in a strategic HRBP or senior HR role.
- Skills:
- Strong
understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven
experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational
development.
- Excellent
communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to influence and partner with leadership at all levels.
- Strong analytical skil
