The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Representative (ISR) for a growing program we have with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The work location is in Scott AFB The position operates under the guidance of the Leidos DECO/Global Solutions Management Operations (GSMO) Security Manager in the application of Leidos security standards and practices to existing US government facilities identified by the contract.
Supports implementing and providing guidance to customers and management on security issues such as classified inventory and document control, security investigations, personnel access nominations, classification control, visitor/access control, Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254), Program Classification Guides, Intelligence Community Directives, all applicable laws and regulations regarding export-controlled information and technology and government policies.

oDuties may include studying, investigating, preparing reports and/or recommendations for preventative or corrective actions in areas requiring specific expertise including security inquiry and incident reporting. Create training aides and provide security briefings to personnel holding collateral clearances.
Supports and conducts internal investigations in accordance with legal, contractual and company policies.
Position Summary:
The ISR will be singularly dedicated to the DISA program, handling all aspects of onboarding, briefing, VAR creation, debriefings, and subcontractor management for the program, in conjunction with the Leidos Security Service Center (SSC) in many cases. Duties to include:
•Applying security principles, practices, and procedures to maintain compliance with mission-sponsor personnel and physical security regulations and policies.
•Customer coordination in supporting complex security issues while developing recommended courses of action to address related concerns.
•Developing and submitting all required documentation needed to operate and maintain access to Sponsor controlled information.
•Implementing all required security polices specified in awarded contract.
•Provide Security training to personnel on contract and ensure compliance with customer training requirements.
•Responsible for implementing and providing guidance to customers and management on security issues such as security education, classified document control, security investigations, classification control and personnel clearances.
Primary Responsibilities

•Interpret, apply, and comply with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) DD254's
•Represent Leidos while conducting liaison between Leidos, government sponsors, and subcontractors
•Assist in maintaining an accurate roster of program staff, for the program and FSO
•Process new clearance requests and clearance reinvestigations – collect, review, submit, and track paperwork
•Interact and the Leidos Security Service Center (SSC) on all personnel and DD 254 actions
•Other contract requirements, as necessary
•Resolves complex problems and issues faced, which may require complete understanding of broader set of issues
•Works with Leidos stakeholders to fully understand and document security requirements for the use of security applications, devices, hardware, services, and systems
•Works with internal partners and other local military commands to develop effective strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities, maintain continuity of operations and safeguard the organization from security risks
•Support the draft, review, and maintain internal policy documents, standard operating procedures, and instructional handouts pertaining to personnel, physical and industrial security program
•Implement and monitor security measures for communication systems, networks, and provide advice to ensure systems and personnel adhere to established security standards and Governmental requirements for security on these systems
