The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling a globally cohesive brand experience for Solventum employees, agencies, and channel partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Central oversight: Manage Solventum’s internal and external enablement resource, Brand Central. This involves overseeing asset library management, guideline content, access rights, inbound inquiries, and localization efforts to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Agency support: Partner with key stakeholders to support communication, training, and onboarding of agency partners, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.
  • Asset Creation support: Provide production support for brand asset creation initiatives, including project management, budget management, and production preparation.
  • Brand enablement tools: Lead or participate in projects to create and optimize guidelines, templates, communications and training.
  • General brand support: Offer general brand support to key stakeholders, maintaining a deep understanding of brand strategy, architecture, and identity to provide informed guidance and consultation.
  • Metadata management: Handle the metadata needs required to support the Brand Central experience, ensuring all content is well-organized and easily accessible.

Your Skills and Expertise 

Your contributions will help maintain and enhance Solventum’s brand presence, ensuring consistency and alignment across functions and channels. To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or Business (completed and verified prior to start) AND Six (6) years of marketing, communications or brand management in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND (10) years of marketing, communications or brand management in a private, public, government or military environment.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and identity.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage site performance data and user insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Tech savvy or digitally literate

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Proven experience in managing website content and optimization.
  • Experience management or supporting corporate brands
  • knack for optimizing digital experiences,
  • Robust understanding of Adobe DAM platforms, brand SaaS, experience with meta data
  • Experience on centralized corporate teams, global organization, or within Health Care indus
