Youth Soccer Coach

Super Soccer Stars is New York’s most-popular early childhood development soccer program. We are looking for qualified, experienced early childhood teachers and soccer coaches to join our program and be the face of the company! Our vision is to continue creating a unique and positive soccer culture that thrives on excitement, encouragement, development, and teamwork.

We’re looking for Youth Soccer Instructors who are passionate about introducing soccer to our future players. We are a year-round program offering classes 7 days a week (Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6 pm & Weekends: 9 am – 2 pm).

Responsibilities:

• Be the face and front line of Super Soccer Stars in each class - Interact with parents, teachers, directors, and children on a daily basis.
• Conduct/assist classes in an organized, structure, and fun manner.
• Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.
• Show up on time and prepared to each class (physically and mentally).

Requirements

• Available weekday mornings (9 am – 12 pm) and afternoons (2 pm – 6 pm) and/or weekend mornings (9 am – 2 pm)
• Able to travel up to 45-minutes one-way, with own reliable transportation within throughout multiple locations in New Jersey (Hoboken, Union City, Jersey City, parts of Bayonne).
• Patience and attentive.
• Willing to learn.
• Active and high energy.
• Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.

Pay range we’re offering is $20-$52.50/per class.
