WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

• Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.

• Facilitate access to resolve complex problems and develop new options independently in ambiguous situations.

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Proficient in Power Automate for workflow automation and integration with experience in creating and managing flows to streamline business processes.

• Skilled in developing and deploying Power BI Paginated Reports, with a strong understanding of data visualization, report design, and the ability to connect to various data sources.

• Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, load (ETL) data from various sources.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Power Query.

• Maintain and support best practices in Power BI/Power Query for the site.

• Create interactive dashboards/reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.

• Strong background in various Information Technology practices.

• Proven expertise in utilizing technology within a regulated pharmaceutical industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage and coordinate large complex activities across disciplines.

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.

Nice-to-Have

• Relevant pharmaceutical experience.

• Proficiency in System Application Products.

• Deep understanding of core solutions deployed at the site.

• Experience developing and delivering training programs for Information Management systems.
