Pharmacy Technician | Retail Pharmacy

Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare support our pharmacists. You’ll be trained to help with computer work, inventory control, stocking, and much more. You’ll serve patients of all ages, from premature infants to the elderly.  

Our pharmacy technicians are career pharmacy technicians, or they become a pharmacy technician as a steppingstone to other healthcare careers.  

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks 
• Various shifts: Mon-Friday, 8-hour shifts, various start times: 8AM, 830AM, 9AM, 1130AM, and 1PM. 
• Every 6th Sat/Sun/Hol: 12-hour shift starting at 9AM. 

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $18.11 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $17.28 - $25.89 per hour
• Certified Pharmacy Tech starting pay begins at $20.34 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $19.42 - $29.14 per hour
  • $2,000 hiring bonus for full-time or part-time position

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Technician Certification with Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
• Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy 
• High School Diploma 
• Previous experience is preferred
