Middle/Senior React Native Developer

The product deploys missions, tracks schedules, holds resources and processes field reporting for its retail, sampling and social-based field marketing programs. We are currently on iteration 2.0 of Field Guide, which was rolled out last year in a significant move from a web-based SaaS product to a mobile application with a desktop version. To date, the product has been built + maintained by an internal agency development team, which is no longer standing, and IntellectSoft has been selected to be a development partner to move forward on this project.</p><p>Primary users of the application are employees ‘agents’ in the field, which are app-based users.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>4+ years of professional experience with React Native (including managing the entire app lifecycle in both the Apple and Android ecosystems);</li> <li>2+ years of experience in state management (using Redux or Mobx);</li> <li>1+ years of experience with TypeScript;</li> <li>Strong understanding of CI/CD process;</li> <li>Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6);</li> <li>Experience building mobile applications with efficient UI using React Native.</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have skills:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with Webpack;</li> <li>Experience with GraphQL and Apollo;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of design principles, user interfaces, and usability.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Component development, bug fixes, writing unit tests, keeping compliance to accessibility standards;</li> <li>Build new features according to business requirements;</li> <li>Implement changes to the existing project;</li> <li>Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs;</li> <li>Contribute to the specification and software design phases during the whole software development life cycle;</li> <li>Deliver production-ready business features within short iterations;</li> <li>Sustain high code quality on the Mobile;</li> <li>Explore new technologies, tools, and components.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>35 paid absence days per year for work-life balance of each specialist + 1 additional day for each following year of cooperation with the company</li> <li>Up to 15 unused absence days can be add to income after 12 month of cooperation</li> <li>60$/month — insurance compensation</li> <li>55$/month — depreciation compensation for personal laptop usage for work needs</li> <li>Udemy courses of your choice</li> <li>Regular soft-skills trainings</li> <li>Excellence Сenters meetups</li> </ul>
