Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin (m/f/d)

Your assignments

• Acting as a liaison between different stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, developers, digital transformation, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.

• Applying analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and make informed decisions.

• Analyzing current business processes, data, and systems to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.

• Creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant artifacts.

• Creating visual representations of current and future business processes to aid in understanding and decision-making.

Your profile

• You have a completed university degree in business administration, economics, or in a similar field, preferably with an MBA or PhD

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Pharma / Life Science industry, preferably in CRM focused and commercial-oriented roles

• You bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin

• You gained profound project management and stakeholder management skills

• You hold a Salesforce Admin Certification (this is a must), a Business Analyst certification is preferred

• You proved an independent, process- and result-oriented way of working

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills

• You are fluent in the English language (written & spoken) , any additional languages are an advantage

• You have intercultural experience and the are willing to travel internationally
